well, i have a 2000 GT but i dont have the aluminum crossover on my intake. anyway, i went into a ford dealer last month and they said i couldnt be re-imbursed for any money on the intake b/c its "not on my oasis". so it doesnt cover all 98-01 GTs, only certain ones. i think that is complete BS

They told me the same thing a few days ago, however the settlement document clearly states the info wont be in the OASIS until no earlier than Oct 7th after the courts finalize it all.

thats awsome that thier gonna give us 750 bucks for sumthing i paid 200 bucks to fix...ne ways i have a friend who has a 2000 GT with a pastic intake, he got the letter in the mail too but his car is salvage title, can he still get rembursed for the intake?
