Play in inner tie rod 01 Gt with video

Hello have a quick question about my inner tie rod end. Here's a video of the motion of it there is no play in and out but very easily moved in a rotation. Have conflicting advice from people one says that it shouldn't move at all without effort and the other says it's normal any thoughts?

From my experience it should require quite a bit of force to move by hand, was the steering loose and off center like you have a bad alignment, any clunks or pops when turning in place? I’d also take a look at the steering rack.

No signs of steering issues, my outer tie rods were shot the boot was completely gone on both sides which is why I had it disconnected. Getting an alignment for that on Friday I'll have them check the steering rack thanks!
