some one droped a wheel barrel in front of me on the free way.
swerved to miss it took my rf fender rf lights and bumper cover .

quiestion is i have a 91 gt, what is that grey thing called behind the bumper cover its mAde out of fiberglasss or something .I THINK IT HOLDS THE LIGHTS IN PLACE. does it go all the way across the front and were can i get one and how much.

It is the healight header panel, and I don't think you can buy them seperately. If your cover is screwed up, then go to your insurance and claim a hit and run, then get a nice Cervini's Stalker front end and it'll have the panel molded in. That way you have a good looking new front end and the header panel. Then get a set of nice new headlights and score the fender from a junk yard.

Most of the restoration places sell them like 50resto and dallas mustangs and such for around $100-120 last time I checked. I got one from a local pick a part yard for $20. One place local to you has one listed for $150 on www.car-part.com !!!! LOL! good luck to them selling it.

Just search around and you can find one used fairly inexpensively. There is a place I deal with locally in Houston that has one listed for $45 They might be able to ship it?
