I got my friend to take my car and have a performance tune loaded into her and now dang shes got some serious power. I spun with ease and hopped at 40mph at FT. He said he got about 25% more airflow into it... I told him thanks man hehe.

Um I think he means he got a custom computer reflash by hypertech, and now it spins easly through 1st and when he hits second gears it starts hopping...Thats my take. What do you mean whats it got to do with the 05????he never said ANYTHING about the 05 and besides this is the modular 4.6 99-04 GT forums, I think you are in the wrong forum buddy LOL.Why cant anyone else understand? BTW mine spins through 1st too LOL, rolling 19-20, nail it = instant spin and the tach sweeping over to 5k+, slap second before my RPMs go to high, and say hello to around 2&1/2 to 3 seconds of tire spin through second gear.

Ahhhh.......

Hey, maybe the tuner figured out a way to put the 3 valve heads on the 2000' That would explain the 25% air increase as well as the thread being posted in the 2005 forums
