My oldest kid will be 21 in a few months. Does that make me old? Maybe I should buy a 93 stang so I'd have one as old as my son?! I was actually drag racing in the 80's. Now that makes me feel old

I still can't believe my parents helped me buy my first 5.0 stang at age 18.. that was back in '98

Partially I meant by all the battering arguments; completely I meant by the tacos and other comments (like age lol).

I drove a 93 Firebird when I turned 18 (it was everyone's first car in my family) and then found my 89 GT Vert sitting in someone's back yard.
Whenever I stopped by to look at it and they started it up, I ditched the firebird. The only thing my family helped me with was the new tires it needed. I paid them back and was left with everything else wrong with the fox. No regrets

my 89 vert was my first New car and at 16 grand was allot for a car back then, my son is my oldest and is also 21.
wish my stang flew as fast as time does .....held up well though Id say....but finally hci is being gathered up..

Yeah, my mechanic found the leak while putting new rotors on lol. The MC was still good. Brakes a ton better with new rotors, not slotted or anything though. I need to get rid of my metallic pads from auto zone. They screech with the new rotors.

If metallic pads count as a popular mod, don't get them. Get ceramic.

Edit: I knew nothing about cars when I got my fox. My mechanic does these jobs so cheaply and its more like I'm paying for hands-on experience. Or at least, eyes-on experience lol.

Get this.... The largish town that I love closest to, won't allow Taco Bell to build there because their meat standards are nearly non-existent.
