they are a limited production they came i three color's green, black and blue which is the rarest of them all. they had a different upper intake on a stock 4.6 with different pully's also the car was lowered 3/4 of an inch. had different seats also interior was upgrade with silver piece trim ring lock pedals differnet gauges. 20% better flowing exh. and subframe connectors. made 270 hp and 310 tq.
snkchmr are you side skirts totally 03 cobras? or just the peice where the flap used to be? although this isnt my exact bullitt (not on my cpu so no pics) here is a DHG (dark highland green)!
Things that are also different (not mentioned above): gauges, shift knob, gas cap, exhaust tips, Cobra brakes (except with a pony painted on a red caliper), and side scoops. I think there was some other stuff, too.
IMO they ALL sould have been Dark Highlander Green, just like Steve McQeen's. No offense guys, but I'm not crazy about the Black and Blue one's. I tried to get one back in late '01, but Black and Blue was all that they had left, So I bought a F-250 Crew Cab 4x4 insted.
As far as the Hp those numbers have been debated, similar to the Machers. Most Bullitts make mid-to-upper 230s to the wheels. Some have been consistent in the low 240s to the wheels bone stock!!
The best bullitt site around is imboc there are some really smart guys registered there.
