Power does not seem right for mods...

So I'm getting back into a fox (possibly a classic if the right one comes along). I found one with:

The motor is a 306 (forged pistons) with: GT-40 intake, edelbrock performer rpm heads, 24lb injectors with a pro-M mass air, k&n filter, msd distributor wires and coil, flex fan, aluminum radiator, march accesory bracket kit, lunati cam (specs to come...). SCT chip in computer. No a/c, air pump.bbk long tube headers, off road H pipe and mac pro dumps. aluminum drive shaft, world class t-5 trans with tri-axe shifter. rear end is an 8.8 with a eaton posi, 4:10 gears, moser 31 spline axles, summit cover, long wheel studs.Battery has been moved to the hatch. Subframes and torque boxes have been welded. I have weld drag lites front and rear. front wheels have kumho 165 sr 15 tires. rear wheels have 26x10.5 et streets. Currently have blue oval control arms and lowering spings in car.

He told me it dyno'd around 320rwhp...does that seem right? It seems right and decent to me, but he says it only ran a 8.6@83 1/8th on slicks and 13.5 @ 107 on street tires in the 1/4. That seems horrible for the mods and power...any things to look out for or specific questions i should be aksing him?

Thanks,
Alex

maybe if he is running a really high performance cam and your compression was like 12:1 I could see 320 rwhp, but then the car would most likely be unstreetable.
with those mods you are most likely looking at 275-80 rwhp and that is being generous.
