those mods should put you in the 250 rwhp range.
do you have an auto or 5sd...auto rob a little more power.
if you add a free flowing upper intake and a good mid pipe to your exhaust you should gain another 15rwhp with the head swap/cam.

You should be at 275-280rwhp with the head swap and those cams if you have all the little bolt ons. If my cams are ever shipped out I could start on my headswap :/

yeah i have to catch my friends vehicles now..lol....One has a 97 SVT cobra with a 5 speed, BBK throttle body and thats it i think and says he is pushing 325 or so at the fly and the other friend has a 2001 Ford SVT lightning supercharged with around 385 to the flywheel. SO i am stuck at the bottom again with 225hp. Now I must be able to get atleast 325 flywheel hp outta my car so I can beat the cobra. Oh yeah I will also have 4.30 rear gears in my car.

You'll beat the lightning before you beat the cobra.

It is an F-150 remember?

I've seen cobras run sub 14.0 stock. IF your friend can drive good he'll beat the cobra.
