Power Lock Problems (Diagram)

Alright, heres my problem. I've got 2 lock actuators that I know work because they've been tested. Only the passenger side lock works, it will work with either the driver or passenger switch. The drivers side wont do anything, I put a meter on the wires and I get no voltage in either the lock or unlock position. I see that the wires off the switch on the drivers side go into the harness and then into the car so they dont go directly to the drivers actuator. Heres a link to a diagram I found on here so maybe someone else can figure it out. What im curious about is what the (( and )) symbols are like at C221 and C222. Someones bound to know. Thanks.

The '((' symbols indicate an inline connector. The C(number) indicates the connector reference number. A big black dot colocated with a S(number) like the S500 in the lower left of the diagram indicates a splice.

Hey Saleen0679 I REALLY appreciate the help, that sheds some light on it. Now I guess I have to search for bad connections at all those plugs or a broken or cut wire then.
