Power seats PROBLEM....not a fuse i dont think

Ok so i have blown a few fuses in the last few weeks mainly becuase of a ****ty rewiring job i did when i removed my center consol....but i have that fix...but i dont know when my power seat stoped working i check the only fuse that has anything to do with it and it's fine (cig. lum.) (in the High Current Fuse box) maybe there is another fuse i dont know about but i can't find it anywhere....what else could it be...i mean i have been wanting new seats but i going on a road trip with my car and my friend and i drive at very differnt prosition so i have till the 30th to fix this. is there another fuse? or what other things should i check?

That fuse has been blown on my car for years. There must be a short somewhere in my wiring. Until I fix it, at least it gives me a good excuse to keep other people from driving my car.

but thast the thing the fuse isn't blown i can't find a blown fuse.

if you put a fuse in and does it blow right away?, if it does ford has a TSB for the power driver seat having a dead short inside of the seat which has been known to start fires. I haven,t had the problem yet myself but my understanding is the wire is between the bottom cushion and the metal springs. check it out.
