Last week my wife took her 99 convertible out, she put top up and none of the windows would go up, they all went down fine a couple hours before. so I changed the 20 amp CB silver fuse, and nothing, so I bought the drivers door master switch thinking this must be the problem, and nothing, so what do I do next, can't understand all windows not working

This is going to require a little trouble shooting. Do you have a Volt-Ohm Meter (VOM) and are you willing to use it?
Please review the wiring diagram. It's not for your MY, but hoping is close enough. First thing is to confirm power from CB F2.43. Test the LB/BK wire at the master window switch pin #15. Once power is confirmed, further tests will go from there.
