Printers that use refillable inks?

Here's my story. So I ran out of ink in my HP825c printer. Went out and bought a couple of those black ink refill bottles with nozzle. When I tried filling my ink cartridge I learned the inside ink was contained by a plastic bag. So when I punctured that bag ink went everwhere. Guess it's one of those that doesn't accept refills. Short of paying $35 for a HP cartridge on a $15 printer. Do any of you use the refill inks and if so what model printer/cartridge accepts these refills. I'd rather buy a printer that uses refills. Thanks

I have the lexmark 777/777i and have very good results the refills. I have used several differnet brands of refills and so far have had very few problems, just need to use the clean nozzle utility 3-4 times after each refill. This will use ink each time you need to do it but 4-5 refills out of each kit for $15-$20 is well worth it.

I've been getting my cartriges from www.printpal.com and have had really good luck with them. On my last ghetto printer the ink was $19 for black and $24 for color at Fry's and on printpal it was $4.99 for the black and $6.99 for color. Not all of them are that cheap though.
