The racecar is a Spec Miata. I typically race at Summit Point and VIR. This weekend I did a very rainy open track day at the new Dominion raceway.

So far not much new to report on the Mustang. I spent Sunday with the family and only ventured out to the garage to try and figure out where I was going to add the additional ground. I think I will attach it where the smog pump was removed and run it to the passenger side. I picked up a 4 gauge cable that looks like it will work well. I need to get the correct bolt to attach it to the mounts on the engine and I should be able to hook it up. I think it took longer to type that than I spent doing it
McCully kit arrived and installed. The car is back running like it was before. Fingers crossed that this is the last TFI for a while. This weekend I'll check codes and make sure everything is really OK, but the test drive went well. While the car was down in the garage, I had time to install the stage 8 bolts to keep the headers tight, so hopefully that's two recurring problems taken care of. I also put in another 4 gauge ground wire.
