Problem opening screen on glass roof

I'm hoping that this problem is just because it rained today and is humid but I'm having trouble opening the sun screen for my glass roof. It opens about 3-4 inches then the cloth starts bunching up. If I fight with it for a while then I can get it to eventually get past that point and it opens up the rest of the way just fine. It closes all the way fine but when I go to open it again it gets stuck around the same point. Anybody else have this problem or ideas on what is causing it?

I'm not sure how the internals of the roller work inside the roof at the back, I'm wondering if there is maybe a spring loose or something. This is the first problem I've had with the screen and it was working fine just a couple days ago.

Are you still having difficulty with the sun screen? If so, you may want to bring it to the dealer to see if there is something catching it. If they aren't able to help, let me know and I will assist.

Try hitting the top of your roof with a hammer that may work to get it unstuck
