Prof. Products Throttle Body vs. BBK/Edel.

What do you guys think? I can pick up a new 70mm Prof. Prod. at a really good price (about $40 cheaper than the BBK/Edel.).

Dont Do it! You will regret it.. The Intake is "ok" but that TB has moving parts that are critical. SPend the $40 more on the BBK!

I have yet to hear of a professional products throttle body fitting on the intake without the bolt holes being redrilled. Its a waste of money!

OT: So you're really swaping back to the 95 tb style I see... I just dont get how you can possibly lose power...How did you redo your vacuums ? From where ?

Yeah I'm going to do it. I don't understand it either. But what works for some cars doesn't always work for others. Vacuum lines were pretty cut and dry: put the line from the fuel press. reg. into the charcoal canister line and the big hose from the brake booster vacuum tree is now under the intake tied into the pcv. I wish I didn't have to do it, but I want my 2 tenths & 2 mph back. If nothing changes when I swap back, then it must be operator error.


BBK IT IS.
