Progress Thread Progress Thread kinda stalled- looking to get it back going again!

So here’s my latest attempt at stitch welding some 22g to the piece of the new floor pan that I’m not using. I know I need some more consistent penetration, but my question is.....
If this is what I ended up with around my whole patch, should I be real concerned of the weld cracking?
Thanks for the input guys!

I'm not an expert and am highly unqualified to advise you, however, I can say I'd be happy with those welds if I had done them. I usually just set the welder at the recommended settings and go from there looking for good penetration.

Thanks! I’m still waiting for my new seat brackets (found them at a place called Raybuck.com for about $25/30 less than LMR) but once I get them, I think I’ll weld them on and give this pan a go!

After reading for so long that this should be my first mod, I decided to save $17, and I ordered my MM subframe connectors from LMR.
I figure this floor pan, and frame connectors, should keep me busy this winter.
We’re getting to the point now where Christmas and New Years will bring me right to the middle of January without much getting done. We’ll see what I can squeeze in.

Here’s today’s progress before my bottle ran out. It also reveals my inevitable screw up. In the attempt to keep things simple, I cut it out in straight lines, forgetting that the pan angled in. So now it will rest my fab skills for that small triangle area.
