Blower is mounted now seems everything is fine a dandy. Heres my questions:
How the hell is the belt gonna make it around that a/c hose, do I have to bend it somemore?

For the powerpipe, is there some kind of insert or something cause the 90* elbow is way bigger the the inlet for the blower. How should I go about cutting a hole my fender and do i have to put that TFI module somewhere else?

The TFI module has to be moved. You can mount it under the power pipe. Bend the A/C line a bit more to get it out of the way.

The PowerPipe should have an insert to allow it to fit onto the blower. I just removed one bolt from the TFI module and rotated it to clear, so now only one bolt is holding it, but that is plenty.

Be careful cutting the hole for the PowerPipe. There are vacuum lines and wires in the fender. Remove the inner fender liner and have someone hold the lines out of the way while you cut.

You must bend the A/C lines to clear the blower pulley. Be SUPER careful while doing this. You can't just bend them in one place b/c you can kink the line. You must bend it slowly in several places. You also must shorten the radiator hose on both ends. The Vortech instructions show you how.

The threaded holes that hold the screw for the TFI go all the way through to the inner fender so you can just mount it in there or leave it where it is at just use 1 screw and angle it to clear the PP.
If you look to the left of the blower you can see it. I don't have a clearer pic I can find. To cut the hole you need a Dremel, or even better one hooked to an air compressor.

Cut off 1" from that rubber elbow doesn't matter which side. It will make the install easier.

The power pipe rubber elbow has a removeable insert (T-trim's have a 1/2" bigger inlet than a S-trim).
