Did you use anything on those header bolts other than what came in that vacuum sealed package?? I have the same ones on my 94 and they back out constantly.

nope im not really too worried about them backing out, little red locktight should keep it from happening though, and arp makes locking header bolts, if they start to back out i'll hit them with either of those

Well I may have to give that a try while I have the headers off. Never thought about usin that before!

i had the same bolts on my 89 f150 with a 5.0 and they never backed out

me being an idiot, hooked up the positive battery cable and starter cable to the wrong sides of the solenoid, and i didnt even realize it

Nope...i already have my list of stuff to do over the winter.


But how soon before you are actually driving it more than working on it?

The day i truly learn when enough is enough, but so far i need the engine done, tranny done, cage, and paint, picking up an 03 cobra in the next few weeks to motivate me to get my badge, finish my fox, and start modding the cobra

nice job with the door panels a friend of mine has the stapler gun for doing interiors and when i am ready for it i am going to do my own as well.

thanks, i didnt even use a staple gun however, i used hot glue and a stapler i got from staples like 5 year ago that said "guaranteed to staple 30 pages" so i figured why not try it
