Did you use anything on those header bolts other than what came in that vacuum sealed package?? I have the same ones on my 94 and they back out constantly.

nope im not really too worried about them backing out, little red locktight should keep it from happening though, and arp makes locking header bolts, if they start to back out i'll hit them with either of those
Well I may have to give that a try while I have the headers off. Never thought about usin that before!
what was your electrical issue?
tardme being an idiot, hooked up the positive battery cable and starter cable to the wrong sides of the solenoid, and i didnt even realize it

nice job with the door panels a friend of mine has the stapler gun for doing interiors and when i am ready for it i am going to do my own as well.
