I bought this car from my next door neighbor 2 weeks ago for 2k bone stock. I just installed Stern 17x9 reps, Ford C springs, new headlights and she's looking pretty good. Tell me what you guys think...I am gonna go with a road race setup on this one...Gonna be a long project! I came up with the name "project ice ice baby"...

The day I bought her:

I am running 17x9 all around... I love deep dish as you can see on my BMW and almost went with the 10 in the back but I love how the original Stern wheels looked and wanted to go for that original subtle look. I am setup with Wheel Replicas and that's who I bought the wheels from. I saw an awesome deal on some 255/40/17 Sumitomo HTRZ tires for like $340 shipped so I ******ed those up. I was gonna do 275 in the back but was limited on what I could spend because I also needed headlights and the drop.

ill advised

That filter doesn't play.

Looks good, Dskeet and a very nice deal. The Saleen Reps are definitely working on that car.

I like those wheels a lot better in silver...very nice. Someone local is selling an '87 vert just like that, same color and everything with 99k miles on it and it looks mint inside and out but they want $6500 for it. 2k is a good deal.

1500K? Damn, that's a lot of coin to drop on a Mustang! 1,500,000 is what 1500K would equal.

Believe it or not, she is happy for me. She isn't into modding cars and the car was just taking up space in her garage. She said she didn't have the time or money to keep the car up. She is a womens college basketball coach so she doesn't have any time. She thinks I did a great job with the car so far. It has a long way to go but time is on my side! Thanks for all the compliments guys...

The porno red interior takes alot of getting used to. After getting used to it I actually like it...I would still want an all black interior any day but finding all the panels would be a bitch I'm sure. The outside color has grown on me too. I used to hate that color but now I like it. I like how it looks almost maroon in low light but when the sun is out it brightens up alot. My ultimate goal would be to do an all black interior and all black paint with the silver wheels.. That would be sick...My last 02 GT was procharged and was all black...I miss her to death!! Here is a coupld pics of her and my old coupe...
