proper bushing name?

I have a 85 Capri w/7.5 rear putting new upper and lower control arms
on but the guy says the rearend bushings are bad but I can't find anything
for a rearend is it the trailing arm or housing bushings?
what is the correct part names

Housing bushings.


Unsure if the 8.8 bushings are the same as the 7.5 bushings
