proper order for restoring? headliner/glass

is there a particular order that things need to be done in a car? Lets say interior should be done includuing headliner, but do you need to do it before you put in the front and rear windows or does it not matter? I don't want to do things twice or have it done wrong because other things I do later interfere with it.

:\ though so. Guess I'll start with carpet and door panels then. Unless I get that frame stiffener weld in kit.

you can do most of the interior work before you do the headliner but make sure you do your headliner BEFORE you put the windows in. made that mistake long time ago.

Warning about carpet first -- you may want to make darn sure your window gaskets don't leak first, they are notorious for being hard to seal.
You don't want to start a rust problem right away. Personally I'd bite the bullet and do it from the top down, like it was done from the factory. Just my $.02.
