Pulled codes and still don’t know whats wrong. Please HELP

I pulled my check engine codes off of my friends scanner and heres what I got,

31- Something with EGR vacuum
81- thermacator air deverter solenoid
82- same as 81
85-canister purge solenoid circuit failure, electronic control assembly(ECA) status – rich limit reached in fuel control program, wide open air conditioner clutch(WAC) solenoid circuit failure, transaxle problem ¾ shift solenoid circuit failure(my car isn’t an automatic).
84- more EGR

My car was originally a 4cyl automatic converted to a V8, when it was converted the previous owner didn’t put an air pump in the car and there is no wiring or hookups for it and the vacuum on the EGR is capped off. This leaves me thinking that I have nothing to worry about with codes 31, 81, 82, and 84 because my EGR isnt doing anything and I don’t have an air pump. Code 85 is really confusing to me and I think that it is either the ECA or the WAC any suggestions on what I should do to fix this problem? If it matters my fuel pressure is set at 36 with the vacuum line on the regulator when I turn the key to the “on” position. thanks
 
CODE: 31 (KOEO) - EVP circuit below minimum voltage. Vref (5 volt reference voltage supplied by the computer) missing or broken wire or bad connection in circuit. Use a DVM to check for 5 volts on the orange/white wire. If it is missing, look for +5 volts at the orange/white wire on the TPS or MAP sensor located on the firewall near the center of the car. With the sensor removed from the EGR and still connected, press the plunger and watch the voltage change on the brown/lt green wire. Check for the same results on pin 27 on the computer.

Code 81 – Secondary Air Injection Diverter Solenoid failure AM2. The secondary air diverter valve isn’t working on the Thermactor Air System (smog pump). Look for broken or missing vacuum lines on the solenoid valve to the diverter valve. Look for +12 volts at the Red wire and look for the Lt Green/Black wire to switch from +12 volts to 1 volt or less. The computer controls the valve by providing a ground path on the LT Green/Black wire for the solenoid valve

Code 84 EGR Vacuum Regulator failure – Broken vacuum lines, no +12 volts, regulator coil open circuit. The EVR regulates vacuum to the EGR valve to maintain the correct amount of vacuum. The solenoid coil should measure 20-70 Ohms resistance. The regulator has a vacuum feed on the bottom which draws from the intake manifold. The other vacuum line is regulated vacuum going to the EGR valve. One side of the EVR electrical circuit is +12 volts anytime the ignition switch is in the run position. The other side of the electrical circuit is the ground path and is controlled by the computer. The computer switches the ground on and off to control the regulator solenoid.

Code 85 - CANP solenoid (ALL 1989) - Solenoids the Carbon Canister solenoid is inoperative. Check vacuum lines for leaks and cracks. Check electrical wiring for loose connections, damaged wiring and insulation. Check solenoid valve operation by applying 12 volts to the solenoid and blowing through it.
