I've got an 04 GT with a DSS 5.0 stroker mod motor...motors built for boost and for now I'm just running a Vortech V-1 charger. I want to get as much boost as possible(15-16 psi?) but not sure what size charger pulley I need...suggestions? I also want to change out my blow-off valve...suggestions?

Im running a 3" pulley and Im hoping for around 16lbs, but that's on a Procharger. Give Vortech a call, Im sure they can help you out.

Are you running a blow-thru setup? Ive got an open Procharger Big Red race valve. It's LOUD!

What kind of heads/cams are you running? Exhaust setup? Intercooler specs?

PI heads...ported and polished with a valve job and springs. Anderson racing blower cams and not sure on the intercooler specs( bought it years ago). Short tube headers with an x pipe and magnaflow mufflers

Oh wow you're going to have to go small for 16psi on that setup. You're going to be losing a lot of boost with those heads/cams. I'd say you'll have to dip into the 2" range.
