Im ready to take the motor out and i have a couple questions. Should i offset the theings im hooking the chain too? And i started to jack it up and it felt like it was caught. I took a big nut off that held the motor mounts on and **** and all the motor to tranny bolts any ideas?
Off set the brackets and watch your distributer. You could crack the cap or even the distributer itself. Theres a metal ground band attached to the back of the block as well, remember that you have to unhook that.
alright one of the bolte that was holdin the brackets on broke and the braket went flying and we have no idea where it went. But now it ready to come out. How do i disconnect that wire?
