pushrod length?

I need a answer on pushrod length I have a stock short block with a set of thumper heads shaved .004 1.72 ford motorsport roller rocker arms is stock pushrod correct length

You won`t really know until you set up the rockers,but if the heads were shaved .040",(you said .004"-a mistake?) I`m guessing that the stock lenght should be OK,but you will probably need shims for the rockers to get the correct preload on the lifters.
