I checked my stock pushrods length to see if they would work with my combo, and they look as if they will work.

Colored the valve stem with a sharpie and rotated the engine with the RR's attached and and the mark looks centered to me.

So think i can get away with the stock ones on a dart big bore 347 with a custom turbo cam and ported gt40's?

Are you asking if you can get away with stock pushrod length or use the stock pushrods?

Length is determined by measuring at least 2x using an adjustable pushrod and a pair of lifters made into solids.

I would use a new set of either hardened or chrome moly(my preference) as you are probably using guideplates and stock ones will get torn up by those. I had someone bring their car to my house to diagnose excess valve noise, he bought brand new stock length hardened rods and installed them without measuring, needless to say I now have a new set of stock length rods in my parts drawer as they were not even close on his non-stock motor. On the bright side his car sounds great now and actually runs better.
