Putting Heads back on in about 2 hours...

this is the 3 time in 2 months or so i have done the HG on my car...
what things should i look for, measure, check, do before or while i am putting the heads back on so i dont have to do it again?? its getting really annoying

are you blowing HG's because you dont have a tune? Are the heads warped?

i am not sure why i am blowing gaskets
the car was tuned before i bought it at alternative motorsports up by detroit michigan by a guy named lidio
it has not been tuned since the cam swap, but i blew a gasket before the cam.
the heads were just manafluxed and milled... they were off .006 and no cracks
the heads were milled also the first time after i blew the gaskets

yes sir, it was off .002 at most in a couple places but i figured a .051 gasket should cover that if the heads were flat
