Question about mounting a 5" Monster Tach

My bro is going to help me put this in my car this weekend. We were looking at the tach, and it looks like it would be really hard to screw in the screws to the dash without taking the tach off of the little mount.. is this possible or do we have to deal with it how it is? Thanks

I took mine off the mounting bracket, you have to remove it in order to get to the two screws you will need to mount it. It's easy as pie..

Yea i also had to remove the tach from the mounting bracket. It only takes a couple seconds to take it apart and put in all together again.

Yup, same here, it's much easier to take it off than to try to find a way around it
