Ask for Jay. I think he's pretty high up there, he helped me out when I had some issues with a fiberglass hood i purchased from them and got a replacement sent to me.

Hello Gentlemen

I would first like to say it's always our concern to keep our customer service top notch as you all deserve.

Over the first part of the year, we had a pretty heavy adjustment with Scott Drake moving to town. Instead of outsourcing everything from different sources, it became more cost effective to use SD. Even though it gave us direct access to the largest inventory in the country, there was an adjustment period while they got things in order, and so did we. So things got a little crazy around here but all is running smoothly now.

Addressing 65notch's concern, I spoke to your salesperson, and she said you two had been going back and forth for the last week deciding on either black or chrome and there was mis-communication about the credit/credit card you had in our system. She said you two ironed everything out yesterday and all was fine. I went back to the shipping department to see your order sitting on the counter going out today as scheduled. You tracking will be emailed as standard procedure.

I am always concerned with our service standards, I looked very closely at your order to make sure everything was in fact, in order.

If any of you ever have a problem, you can always call and ask for me personally. I'm never to busy to assist. Toll free 877-611-0011...

Thanks for all of your continued support...

Jay

I usually deal with CJ pony parts as well, but that is because they are less than an hour from me. The last time I needed to get parts from them I called them on Wednesday to pre-order for in-store pick-up on Friday. They called me back Wednesday to confirm that they had everything in stock and the order was ready for pick-up anytime.

I have not dealt with MD only because CJ's has had most of what I need and I can save the shipping cost. Now if MD had something that CJ's didn't or at a better price I would give them a try.

BTW JAY, Loved the write on your car in Mustangs and Fords.

Back when I was building Chepie many years ago, I invested heavilly in Mustangs Unlimited. Good parts, great service, huge inventory.

Since I have met Jay, and will also attest to him being a #1 guy, If i ever need Mustang stuff again, I would go right to him.
