I found a set of nice grey seats out of a 99' v6 mustang. I was wondering how well they bolt up, and if they dont bolt right in, how much modification needs to be done. (they're grey and for both of them its only $100). Thanks in advance.

They will also sit you slightly higher than your stock seats. If you're tall this is something to keep in mind!

I will second that one...its true. It shouldn't be too bad, but once I didn't have my steering column bolted all the way up into the dash. (this was on my notch) My knees and thighs hit the bottom of the wheel. So depending how much the seats raise you up, you might have the same problem. (My column was only down about 1/2 or maybe 3/4 of an inch, and it sucked.

It's one of those "you will get used to it" things....but personally I don't like it. I have 97 Cobra seats in my 88 coupe and, while I have gotten used to being higher up, I don't like it.

I put 04 cobra seats in my car and immediately removed them and sold them because they put me up too high. You may have problems unless you don't mind doing the gangster one-hand-on-the-steering-wheel-while-your-head-is-on-the-passenger-side lean.
