depends, some cams you might have idle issues with and have to get tuned, but it'll most likey run alright but you wont be at your maximum power for your combo, with the stuff in my sig I dont have a tune and she runs great, but i am still using stock heads.

it depends most on your cam choice, as the 94-95's are picky...they like a certain lsa.

When i changed to gt40p's/explorer intake/crane 2031 with everything else being the same, when i got a chip and a tune i was only able to get 6 more total hp, BUT i needed the tune for the idle!

if you turn the idle up you could probably get away with it not stalling, but it will mostlikely not idle like stock.

Just did a 331 with TFS heads, intake and e cam and she runs great without a tune. There is a slight hanging idle for a couple seconds but other than that she has great power and driveability. I will most likely get a tune on it when I am ready so I can get the max out of my combo. 94 95 cobra computers (J4J1) I think, take mods better than GT computers so we are a head in the game. Some say that there are idle issues with the e cam because of its 110 lsa. I think it idles great with no problems except for what I meantioned above. Good luck to you.

what i'm thinking about on the heads are gt40x aluminum heads or some afr's w/ an e303 cam.....a guy w/ a 94 cobra told me when i changed heads and put a letter cam in i was going to have to have it tuned....unless i put in a computer from a 90-93 gt....so i wasn't sure...when i rebuilt my motor on my 92 gt....i didn't have to have it tuned....
