Today I finished putting on the following parts on my car and now need to get a tune.

Chicane RIPP CAI
Chicane 66mm S/C pulley
SVT Focus fuel pump
Accufab 75mm TB
NGK TR6 plugs

I have never had a dyno tune done before and I am not sure what to look for in a good tuner. There is only one shop in my area that does dyno-tuning, so I want to make sure that they will be checking for everything that needs checked. If they don't, my only other option is to go the mail order tune route. My ? is what needs checked and measured besides h.p., torque, and A/F? I also have a 90mm LMAF and 42lb injectors that I haven't installed because I am not sure if I will need to. Will the tuner be able to tell me if I am pegging my MAF meter and if my injectors are maxed out? I plan on using a SCT tuner with an X-cal II because I heard it is the only one that will read the Saleen "powerflash".

Depending on the software the tuner is using, they can monitor and tell you just about anything you need to know. For example, my local tuner has Diablo Pro Tuning software which allows them to monitor just about anything on the car, including voltage on your MAF. I, however, already had some other devices installed on my car (MAFterburner Stage I being one) which allowed me to monitor the voltage on my MAF at any time and log the data. I wouldn't recommend using the device for anything else, as it can hose your load scaling if you use it to adjust your A/F.
I had the same mods you are doing and then some and never came close to pegging my stock MAF. The most (peak) voltage I ever saw was around 4.5 volts. Your are starting to peg your MAF when you approach 5.0 volts. Over the course of the last 1 1/2 - 2 years I have used an assortment of tuning devices with the SCT tuner being the only device that can store my Saleen tune so that I can return the car to stock if I ever need to and didn't require me to re-flask my car back to stock and loose my Saleen tune. All other devices require you to re-flash you car back to a stock GT tune before you can being tuning using their device which completely deletes/removes the Saleen tune which can never again be retrieved or used. I should say, though, that I believe I may have heard that the Predator systems MAY be able to now read and store your Saleen tune (I could have been dreaming).

I feel more comfortable with a dyno tune than a mail order tune. I can't really tell you what to look for, I asked around on a local forum for recommendations and was directed to the shop that ultimately tuned my car for me. I'm lucky as I have about 6 different shops within 15 miles to choose from...one shop only 2 miles away. I ended up using the shop 15 miles away and I'm really glad I did...they treat me very well and help me to understand what they're doing and why they are doing it. They give me good recommendations for mods and tell me what is safe and what is not.

Yes, they'll be able to tell you if the MAF and injectors are being maxxed out. My '04 with Series IV putting 361/392 to the ground was pegging the stock MAF (5 volts) at 5,800-5,900 rpm. I upgraded to 42 lb injectors...but that was just me being safe and knowing I'm not done modding. You shouldn't need them as the stock Saleen 30 lb'ers should do the trick with your mods...but good choice upgrading the pump with the smaller pulley.

Oh yeah, good choice on the SCT Xcal2. IIRC, it is the only one that will work with our cars...someone else can correct me if I'm wrong. They actually tuned/data-logged using a Predator and ultimately locked in the tune with my SCT Xcal2 unit.

Good luck!
