question on going with larger cam in my 89

I have a 1989 Mustang GT with stock 5.0 and I have 4.10 gears in rear with a street/strip PA valvebody in my AOD trans with stock converter. I am thinking of either going to the E303 or the F303 , is there anything else that has to be done to motor to use either of these cames, can I use stock springs?, stock rockers? stock pushrods?
 
The technical answer is to measure your pushrods anytime you change the valvetrain. Most people have had no issues with stock pushrods on either of those combos. I would also highly suggest new valve springs.
 
I'd suggest new heads and intake before a cam swap.

A cam sort of finishes off the combo and is done to match the other parts of the motor. Putting valve springs on stock heads just to run an e cam is not worth it IMHO.
