Question on header compatability...

Okay right now for exhaust modification wise I have previously changed out the old catback to magnaflow magnapacks and the stock h-pipe to the "shorty-x-pipe" from magnaflow... the x-pipe is specifically designed to cut behind the cats and bolt up to the catback so my question is what is/are my option(s) regarding headers... i know most x's dont match up to LT but what about this situation... brands and prices are helpful...thanks!

I have a Trubendz X-pipe for my Mac headers and it is the biggest POS I've ever bought. I had to take it to a muffler shop and have 2 bends put in the drivers-side of the X to make it fit.

that's what i'm asking..what might work... can i use long tubes or only short tubes or what... thanks

well since you're in cali good luck finding a shop that will install LT's for you...and good luck finding a smog station that will pass you with LT's...

by "shorty-x-pipe" do you mean for shorty headers? or short x pipe? because they are 2 different sets of x pipes.
