Question on Vacum lines

I am hiding all the wires under the hood, and was curious as to the vacum lines and small vacum tree on the back of the passenger strut tower. I am not running an EGR valve. What exactly are these lines for, and do I need them. Am I able to just plug them off?

The car is an 87 GT MAF Conversion, No pollution control.

Some of those lines are for the egr system yes, but I think one or two are also for the heater control valves that open the blend door, temp. door, etc.
Just be cautious doing it and make sure your heater controls still function normally.

So once I figure out what ones go to heater controls I can plug the rest off with no worries? There is nothing else there except Heater and EGR lines??
