saturday im picking up a stock 5 speed tranny i won off ebay. it comes with the computer, pedals,wire harness drive shaft,cross member,shifter and cables. im getting it for $400 is that a pretty good deal? and know for the questions.
1.are the starters the same for a manual and auto
2.whats the best clutch,pressure plate combo and the cheapest place to get it.
3.does anyone know of a website that may walk through this swap
i have pretty good mechanical skills but dont know s***t about manual trannys
