Questions on when to tune a super charger

Hi. I have a totally stock 5.0 with a vortech v1 s trim on it. The super charger was tuned when it was installed. Ive been thinking about MAF's, throttle bodies, power pipes, and msd ingnition...and once these mods have been done heads, manifolds etc. Will just one of these mods require a retune? Or should i just do it all once then get a tune? I dont know didly about super chargers and tuning. I bought the car cuz it had the vortch, now the more I read about them, the more they scare me with my expirence level.

You mean the car was tuned when the vortech was installed? How much boost is it making?

yes it was tuned when it was installed, the guage show 4-5 lbs. @4500-5500rpm. I was just wondering if any one of the cheaper bolt ons listed above is gonna t-totaly screw up the way the motor runs. like for starters, mass air and throtle body?
