Questions w/ Pictures, Bolts, Special Nuts & Pictures 2

Hi Guys

O.K. I hope this comes across with pictures I've taken. Thanks again to: Stang135

Problem: I took down the CrossOver Plate and all hex head bolts with large washers broke-off ~ lucky me :notnice:

These (6) bolts (3) on each side of the CrossOver Plate which is bolted to:
Reinforcement Pan on both side of each reinforcement pan on my '66 Convert.

Whew! So far so good with explaination hopefully guys.

Onward Please:

Here hopefully you see to the left or the pic is my damage inner rocker in the middle of the pic is the reinforcement pan and lastly to the right is that cross over plate.
Notice: that the cross over plate has (2) two bolts in it and on the far end the bolt is broken off. That one was there I didn't broke that one.

Now further on guys. Now all the hex bolt heads are broken off and finally Banged them out and what fell thru the holes where some crazy looking nuts.
I hope to send a pic of the bolt & crazy nut that held the crossover plate in place.

Problem is how do I attach the crossover plate now that all the crazy nuts and bolts are out

Do I have to cut into the reinforcement pan to re-attach the crossover plate.

I hope that pic is posted ? ? ? If not I'm going to try & try & try again to post it.

Thank you all for you patients with this newbie

GOD BLESS YOU GUYS

Schooner

Those crazy nuts used to be "permanently" crimped into their holes since there was no way to get to them to fasten the crossover plate on. I have no idea how you'll reinstall the plate w/o those nuts being fastened to the reinforcement pans.
