If I recall right I can put a full gt exhaust on my v6 right? Found someone selling the H-pipe all the back and was wanting to pick it up but wasn't sure if it's bolt on.

I can say for certain that an exhaust manifold from a V8 will not bolt up to a V6.
At the very least modifications would be required to a "cat back" exhaust system from a GT might work on a V6. This is because of the V6 Y pipe design.
If looking for a "plug and play" swap, likely this isn't it.
