Quick question about MAF

If I go with a lightning MAF 90MM would I need a Cold air kit? Or can I just use my k&N with the stock box?

I plan on doing this:

3.73 gears
90MM MAF
Mac H pipe (done)
Flowmaster cat back (done)
Diablo chip tuned for all the above

you don't need a lmaf yet...stock is fine. You won't gain any hp from it
