Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone here ever tried running a Centerforce I or II pressure plate with a OE (or equivalent) clutch disc. If so, how did it work out?
I'm considering doing this in my car because I already have a new (valeo) clutch which is OE replacement, but I'd like something with a little more holding power. I was considering throwing a Centerforce II pressure plate on there with the Valeo disc, because I honestly don't see much difference between that and the $90 Centerforce disc, except that the CF disc has one more spring in the hub and maybe 1/4" more friction material around the diameter of the disc
