Quick Question

The way my 02 sensors mount on my bbk h pipe, when the engine torques and moves the h pipe, the o2 sensor hits the {firewall i think} and it makes the metal piece that the wires go into (on the sensor) come a little loose. Does this affect the 02 sensors? will they still work fine? i just wanna know cuz im replacing mine and i dont want to waste 40 bucks and break the new sensor.

How much does the motor move? Motor mounts any good? I would say over time of the sensor wires rubbing on the firewall, you are going to have some issues.

i would check the motor mounts if it moves that much.

Actually, the motor doesnt move a whole lot, its just the ****ty sensor placement on my ****ty bbk h pipe. The sensor mount puts the end of the sensor up against the firewall from the start, so any slight bit of moving bends it. It doesnt really rub the wires, just the metal "bell" type thing surrounding them. Thanks for the replies guys.
