How neccesary is it to remove the fuel pump fuse and cooling fan relay before flashing? The SCT instruction say to do so but my strut tower brace is kinda in the way of the power distribution center lid. If its a must I will move the pdc as required.
You DO NOT have to remove the fuses...The reflashing does use some battery and you will hear things running, but a decent battery should have no problem...Only problem may be if you have a old, marginal battery that would run low while you are re-flashing, which should only take a minute or 2..
