hey guys i got a quick question about setting lash and preload.... Now when settin zero lash. Is the rocker arm roller supose to be on the valve stem tip? Or just above it.. I kno u supose to set the preload to .020-.060 of a inch. But is there supose to be any contact from the roller roxker tip and valve stem when setting lash. Wouldnt that be the space the preload takes up? Or is the preload for thermal expansion? Im redoing my lash and preload because the first time i did it. The lifters all pumped up so much it held the valve open so i had to reopen my motor to do it again with new lifters. i followed flowtechs valve adjusting guide.. I want this over with so if anyone has any opinions about this. Get at me please...
