I just had new wheels installed. I had the shop move the rear tires to the front when they did the swap.

This morning I noticed one of my tires has "this side in" showing on the sidewall. Looks like they mounted the tire incorrectly. Should I be concerned?

sounds like you got unidirectional tires. from what i understand, they can only be used on one side of the car as opposed to directional tires which can be flipped around on the rim. chances are you have two tires that were mounted incorrectly. (one on each side) i dont believe it will affect tire wear or anything like that but performance may suffer. anyhow, id still want them fixed

It's not a directional tire. You got assemetrical tires. The tread blocks are meant to be either on the inside or the outside. Your tire needs to be turned around to work correctly. Concerned? Not unless you're on ice or driving like a mad man... but I would get it fixed.
