I recently purchased the amp bypass kit for my 93 5.0. I have installed a few radio units but none with the factory amp. The kit that I purchased from late model restoration comes with 3 separate harnesses as pictured below
I was guessing that the harness with a connector on each end would somehow plug up to the factory amp to bypass it. I removed the amp from under the seats and none of the harnesses would fit. So I called Late Model Restoration. The guy I spoke with said it hooks up behind the CD player. Can anyone tell me which harness hook up where?? I am having a little trouble figuring out where it goes. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!
