Raised white letters is a look from the 1960s on American cars. Perhaps even from the 1950s. The 1970s brought on the Cragar mags and perhaps the white letters, too. But the 80s? The 80s brought on the Datsuns and other such crap.

To me, the 80's consisted of louvers, 15" wheels with white letter tires, headlight covers, etc... Granted I wasn't really around for the 80's
