My 94 GT convert is currently vibrant red and is getting painted next week. I'm gonna do the same coloir, but I was wondering if a couple of 8-12" rally stripes from bumper to bumper. I was thinking or doing them in flat black. What does everyone think? Should I do it or not?
That would totally be a personal choice/decision, as many like them and many do not. IMO, I think they look good on some cars, but some cars look bad with them. Too wide or too narrow is a common problem, but I think around 10" is good. I may even put some on my car in the future.... I know they would look good on her.......
i too and nearing completion on my painting project and also contemplated stripes. I think they ook good and add something extra. but like mach1 said its all up to you, its your car. good luck.
