Rattling under acceleration???

Ok, so my car rattles under heavy acceleration, maybe 1/2 throttle, but when its full throttle it goes away. Not sure what this noise is. To me it kind of sounds like a chain rattling. So i thought it might be the timing chain, maybe it was loos or something? Not sure, idk.

Any ideas?

its detonation, try better fuel, removing some timing. If it keeps it up, its going to pop your motor.
