Which sealant is better to use....the blue or the black?

If you live near a nissan dealer, get a tube of the 1207c Nissan Orange Silicone...it's orange (duh), and it's kinda expensive, but it's worth it. If not, I would go with blue...

Permatex sensor-safe blue silicone spread in a thin layer on both sides of a new gasket will do it.
